We hope you are all keeping safe and healthy
We wanted to touch base & let you all know of a few updates within our business in regards to the ever-changing situation we are all finding ourselves in with the COVID-19 outbreak.
The last few weeks have certainly been filled with a lot of uncertainty, fear and disappointment, & along with many friends within the industry we can only imagine the heartbreak of having to postpone special events.
Please know that we are here to support and help in any way we possibly can, and will continue to do so over the coming months.
Changes to our business
For Ruby&Sage, our online store is currently fully functioning, and all orders are being shipped through the express network from Australia Post (thanks legends!)
We have upped our hygiene practices in the warehouse, & we are limiting the number of staff we have on deck at any one time.
Our priority in this situation is to keep our little team & all of our beautiful customers safe, and in order to do so, we have decided to suspend all appointments to our showroom until further notice in an effort to promote social distancing.
We are continuing to closely monitor the situation and follow the advice of our government & health authorities, and will update you if anything changes in the future.
Thank you for your continued support for our small business and for the endless outpouring of patience & kindness we have seen.

In the meantime, we are spending our time designing away, and have so many exciting & beautiful projects in the works that we just can’t wait to share with you.
