DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Not at this stage! We operate purely as an online business for now, but may have the occasional pop-up-shop at a local market, so keep your eyes peeled over on our Instagram!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us once your order has been packed up and a tracking number has been generated for you. 

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be packed and despatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays will be packed & processed the following business day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can definitely ship internationally upon request. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location.

Oh no! If you see something you love that is out of stock, please send us an email and we will do our best to make it happen for you!

WHAT METALS AND PLATINGS DO YOU USE?

We use a variety of metals and alloys for our jewellery. All our jewellery is lead & nickel free, and most have been tested on sensitive ears. If you have a question about a specific product, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
